Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Reporting Analyst on a Fixed Term Basis/Secondment until December 2027. Based at one of our offices (Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent), you will deliver proactive people data reporting services, develop BI dashboards, and support data intelligence across teams.
You will bring deep HR data reporting experience, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders. The role requires two days per week in-office presence.

Reporting to the People Systems & MI Manager, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, reliable and effective people data reporting service. Along with expert data analysis and visualisation and systems administration support.
You will be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent. You will be required to work from our offices for a minimum of two days per week.
We are looking for someone has a proven and in-depth background in people / HR data reporting. You'll have experience of extracting data and building complex reports from various people / HR systems and converting these into meaningful MI dashboards and providing trend analysis.
You need to have a significant experience with Power BI and SQL as this is essential for this role. Experience of working with Zellis HMC Cloud (ResourceLink), Eploy or Kallidus would be an advantage.
