Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Reporting Analyst on a fixed-term basis/secondment until December 2027 to deliver proactive people data reporting, MI insights and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Based in either Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent, you will work from our offices at least two days a week, use SQL and Power BI to extract data, build reports, and present trends to subject matter experts.
We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team as a People Reporting Analyst on a Fixed Term Basis/Secondment until December 2027. Reporting to the People Systems & MI Manager, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, reliable and effective people data reporting service. Along with expert data analysis and visualisation and systems administration support.
You will be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent. You will be required to work from our offices for a minimum of two days per week.
We are looking for someone has a proven and in-depth background in people / HR data reporting. You’ll have experience of extracting data and building complex reports from various people / HR systems and converting these into meaningful MI dashboards and providing trend analysis.
You need to have a significant experience with Power BI and SQL as this is essential for this role. Experience of working with Zellis HMC Cloud (ResourceLink), Eploy or Kallidus would be an advantage.
