At Housing Solutions, we're looking for a People Services Manager who thrives on variety. This is a broad and rewarding role that combines leadership of our day-to-day People Services operations with the opportunity to shape organisational culture, champion inclusion and contribute to strategic people initiatives that make a real impact across the business.
No two days are the same. You could be supporting managers with complex employee relations matters, leading improvements to our people systems and processes, analysing workforce data, driving learning and development initiatives, or leading projects that help deliver positive change across the organisation. As the lead for our Inclusion Champion Team, you'll play a key role in championing equity, diversity and inclusion, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive.
You'll lead and develop a small, dedicated team delivering People Services across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to learning and development and employee relations. Building strong relationships across the organisation, you'll become a trusted adviser to managers and senior leaders, helping navigate complex people matters, balance risk with pragmatism and ensure our services remain effective, compliant and focused on delivering the best possible colleague experience.
We're looking for someone with strong generalist HR experience, line management experience, excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You'll be comfortable working across the full employee lifecycle, leading and developing others, and partnering with managers and senior leaders to find practical solutions to people challenges. You'll have sound judgement, a strong understanding of employment law and risk, and a genuine enthusiasm for improving services, supporting inclusion and continuing to develop your own skills and experience.
In return, you'll join a supportive and collaborative organisation that genuinely values its people. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience across every aspect of the employee lifecycle, develop your leadership capability and play a key role in shaping both our culture and colleague experience.
