Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Reporting Analyst on a Fixed Term Basis/Secondment until December 2027. Based at one of our offices (Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent), you will deliver proactive people data reporting services, develop BI dashboards, and support data intelligence across teams.

You will bring deep HR data reporting experience, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders. The role requires two days per week in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven background in people / HR data reporting.
• Experience extracting data and building complex reports into MI dashboards.
• Power BI and SQL are essential.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from HR systems following reporting requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Analyse reports and present insights to SMEs in visual formats.
• Maintain monthly, Bi-monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
• Act as first point of contact for people data requests.
