Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment seeks a People Reporting Analyst for an Oxfordshire employer investing in people data and reporting capabilities. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that support decision-making and enhance workforce reporting.

The role centers on building Power BI dashboards, extracting and validating HR data, and improving data quality across recruitment, performance, learning and development, and rewards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors or WorkDay.
• Ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret people data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience improving data quality and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Oxfordshire £45,000 - £55,-Month FTC (high possibility of going permanent)

An exciting opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a large organisation investing in its people data and reporting capabilities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering insights that support business decision-making and improve workforce reporting.

The Role:
