Job summary
Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Reporting Analyst on a fixed-term basis until December 2027. The role focuses on delivering proactive people data reporting services with expert data analysis and dashboards.
You will report to the People Systems & MI Manager and contribute to end-user service delivery. Based at Farringdon or Sittingbourne, you will work from offices at least two days per week and collaborate with the People Shared Services Team to deliver MI insights and supporting
Qualifications
- Experience in extracting data from HR systems and turning it into MI dashboards.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex reports and visualisations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders and delivering to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from HR systems in line with reporting requirements.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI.
- Analyse reports and present findings in visual formats.
- Maintain monthly/quarterly reporting processes.
- Serve as first point of contact for people data requests.
