Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a motivated People Reporting Analyst on a fixed-term basis/secondment until December 2027 to deliver proactive people data reporting, MI insights and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Based in either Farringdon, London or Sittingbourne, Kent, you will work from our offices at least two days a week, use SQL and Power BI to extract data, build reports, and present trends to subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR data reporting and MI dashboards.
• Ability to extract data and transform into meaningful reports.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from HR systems to support reporting requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze reports and present insights to SMEs.
• Maintain monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for people data requests.
