• Proven experience in an HR Advisor, Employee Relations Specialist, or similar role.
• Established knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on People policies and compliance with employment law.
• Develop and deliver training on performance management for managers.
