An impactful charitable organization is seeking a full-time People Partner to provide HR solutions and support for management across the UK. The role involves offering specialist HR advice, developing people policies, and fostering relationships with trade unions. Candidates should have a CIPD qualification and experience in HR management or business partnership. This is a remote role based in the UK with competitive benefits, including 29 days of leave and professional development opportunities.
People Partner. Salary: £37,750 per annum. Location: Remote, must be located permanently in the UK. Contract: Permanent – 35 hours per week.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic People Partner on a full-time permanent contract to provide solutions and guidance to complex people related queries and tasks that enable management to continue to achieve their business objectives across the UK. You will also undertake or support specific corporate initiatives to enable the organisation and its services to develop and grow, in line with the organisational business plan.
