Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support management in a busy hospitality team. You will help guests feel special, supervise team members, and contribute to smooth shift operations.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills who makes guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
