Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-floor service across its warm, hospitality-driven venues. You’ll support the team, ensure smooth shift execution, and help maintain the high standard of guest experience across our pubs and brasseries.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor service and support team members during shifts
• Assist management with shift setup and closing tasks
