Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to join our team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll help oversee service on the floor and assist management during shifts, set up and close downs.

We offer National Living Wage + TRONC, Bespoke Stepping Stones training, EarlyPay access, maternity/paternity leave, and a competitive referral bonus as part of a growing estate of 60+ sites.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant
