Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service on the floor and at the host stand, ensuring guest satisfaction across our pubs and brasseries. You will train and support team members, while collaborating with the General Manager on admin, staffing, and financial tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Experience with branded operations knowledge and assisting the General Manager with admin, staffing and finances.
• Ability to run hospitality service from the floor and train team members.

• Deliver training and support to team members to maintain high standards.
