Heartwood Collection is seeking a friendly Supervisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will supervise floor service, support team members, and assist management during shifts, setups, and close downs.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant is preferred. We offer a National Living Wage-based pay with TRONC, ongoing training, and benefits, including staff discounts and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with strong interpersonal skills and you enjoy making guests feel special.
• You’ll look after elements of service and supervise team members on the floor and assist management during shifts, setup and close.
• You have ideally 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
