The candidate will elevate the employee experience, drive engagement, and champion company culture. Responsibilities include managing payroll operations and designing employee events. The ideal applicant has HR administration experience, Level 3 CIPD or higher, and strong organizational skills. This full-time position is based in Letchworth, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
We're looking for a People Wellbeing and Experience Associate to join our HR team. This dynamic role is the face and energy of the People team, responsible for elevating the employee experience and driving engagement across the business. You will champion the company culture, leading the design and execution of internal events and launches. Furthermore, you will ensure the seamless and compliant delivery of key People operations, including UK and US payroll management, HR reporting, administration, system management and policy adherence.
Be the face of our People team and the ultimate culture ambassador.
Design and execute all company-wide employee events, celebrations, and launches, ensuring a consistently positive and engaging experience.
Act as a key support point for employee well-being and champion our internal and external "People Brand" alongside the Marketing team.
Own the accurate and confidential end-to-end processing of UK and US payroll.
Manage essential People operations, ensuring all HRIS data, policies, procedures, and employment paperwork are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date, managing all core People Team administration.
Manage office management and Health & Safety to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Generate key People data and analytics from our HRIS to inform management and leadership decision-making.
Provide crucial support and cover for the HR Business Partner and Recruitment Partner, acting as an indispensable member of the team.
This is a full time, permanent role. Based from our offices in Letchworth for at least 4 days per week / WFH 1 day.
