We are currently seeking to hire an experienced People Development Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives within Commercial. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs while working closely with senior leadership to drive organisational development.
This is a real opportunity to step into a leadership role, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development. You will have management of a training budget, creating direct opportunities to impact organisational effectiveness, with significant autonomy in program design and implementation, as well as working on your own career development, with growth opportunities.
