✨ Culture & Recruitment Coordinator – 12 Month FTC

Salary: £33,800

Location: London

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

⭐ Key Responsibilities

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

  • Support the full end‑to‑end recruitment process across the organisation
  • Assist with hiring campaigns, interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Take minutes at Leadership Team meetings, and from the New Year, additional ad hoc meetings
  • Use existing AI tools to support note‑taking and follow‑up actions
  • Play an active part in promoting a positive and inclusive culture
⭐ Key Competencies

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous recruitment experience and confidence navigating the full hiring lifecycle
  • Experience using PeopleHR (bonus, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, discretion and maturity
  • The ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and natural attention to detail
  • Openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency
