A healthcare provider in London seeks an experienced Employee Relations/HR caseworker to manage sensitive HR cases. You will develop employee relations plans and provide expert advice to support effective HR operations. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of employment law and a proven track record in HR casework. The position offers a fixed-term contract with flexible working options.
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations/HR caseworker to lead a caseload of highly sensitive, complex cases. The role requires someone comfortable with complex casework, following employment policy, and a good working knowledge of employment law.
This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term basis and is based at Tolworth Hospital with remote working. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, offering flexible working options.
As part of the interview and assessment process, applicants can expect a presentation with a Q&A, followed by an interview.

Tolworth Hospital, Surbiton. Tolworth is undergoing a 2026 transformation to add wards. It has a canteen, is near shops, the A3, Tolworth station, and is a bus ride from Surbiton station with connections to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.
