Job summary

A community organization in Leeds is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR queries, manage administration, and assist in recruitment and wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven HR administration experience and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This role is a key part of the People & Culture team, ensuring a positive work experience. Salary offered is £25,231 annually with a closing date for applications by December 4th, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR administration & advice experience within a professional context, ensuring employment law compliance.
  • High level of IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programmes and HRIS data input and reporting.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation & prioritisation skills.

The Role

Reporting to the People and Culture Team Leader, this is a key role within the People & Culture team at Leeds Mind.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven HR administration & advice experience within a professional context, ensuring employment law compliance
  • Experience of handling confidential and/or sensitive information
  • High level of IT skills, proficient with a wide range of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS data input and reporting
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation & prioritisation skills
  • Confident communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & use initiative
  • Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Minute and note-taking in meetings

Leeds Mind Grade–2

Salary–£25,231.00 per annum (pro-rata for part time)
