Responsibilities

  • Act as the ultimate owner of people data ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can strengthen decision-making.
  • Understand end-user needs to refine HRIS business processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure reporting alignment.
  • Manage key controls and data governance across People systems.
