Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional at Manchester Airport on a fixed-term contract until 2 April 2027. You will advise line managers on complex ER matters, including investigations, grievances and discipline, ensuring compliance with policy and ACAS guidance.

You’ll deliver end-to-end case work, log activities in the case management system, and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex ER matters with investigations, grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ACAS codes.
• Capable of end-to-end case management in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, withstakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of ER cases end-to-end, including early resolution, investigations and tribunals.
• Log all activities on the case management system for transparency and data integrity.
• Provide guidance to line managers in line with policy and employment law.
