Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is recruiting a People Advisor to own a varied employee relations caseload, advising managers and supporting investigations through to resolution. The role also involves contributing to policy review and the development of practical guidance and resources for managers.

You'll join the Employee Relations and Policy Centre of Excellence within the People Team, supporting adoption of fair, consistent outcomes and helping shape workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of employee relations casework within an HR/People function.
• Ability to provide practical policy guidance and support investigations and hearings.
• Experience handling confidential information and building stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload from initial advice to resolution.
• Provide practical guidance on policy and process, support investigations, hearings and meetings, and prepare documentation.
• Contribute to development and implementation of People policies, guidance and resources, and analyze casework trends.
