Job summary

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the People Team in managing recruitment from planning to offer. You will advise managers, coordinate campaigns and maintain clear candidate communications to ensure a fair, inclusive experience.

You will work with hiring managers, People colleagues and partners, handling a varied workload and helping keep campaigns on track. Hybrid working and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing recruitment or talent acquisition advice in a People/HR environment.
• Ability to support managers to run fair and inclusive campaigns.
• Strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity for assigned vacancies and advise hiring managers.
• Support attraction, advertising and shortlisting processes.
• Assist with offer management and data monitoring to improve recruitment.
