Job summary

City Football Group in Manchester is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support an international workforce. You will handle a varied caseload including investigations, wellbeing matters and policy queries, advising managers with a practical, people-focused approach.

You will partner with People Business Partners to strengthen employee relations practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar HR advisory role.
• Experience managing a busy caseload across a breadth of HR matters.
• Confidence providing advice and guidance to managers.
• Experience working within a high-volume HR advisory or employee relations environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• A good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line employee relations support across a wide range of people matters.
• Manage investigations, wellbeing matters, performance discussions and policy-related queries.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and stakeholders to strengthen employee relations practices.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to develop manager capability and continuous improvement.
