People Advisor – Technology (15-Month FTC)

Ready to step into a true business partnering role? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to gain high visibility and work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product and Commercial teams.

You’ll provide hands‑on HR support while coaching managers, influencing decisions, and helping shape the people strategy. The environment is collaborative, pragmatic and genuinely supportive-a team that values authenticity and working together to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, development and employee relations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change and cultural initiatives.
  • Support people processes and ensure fairness and alignment to company values.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong HR advisory experience with exposure to complex ER cases.
  • Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach and confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Resilient, adaptable and eager to grow into a true business partner role.

Working Pattern & Rewards:

  • Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office.
  • Occasional travel to London (expenses covered).
