A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a People Advisor who will support the People Business Partners in delivering the people strategy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as experience in advising on employee relations. Responsibilities include coaching managers through policy implementation and managing people queries. Salary £32,523 - £36,566 per annum

As a People Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the People Business Partners to deliver the people strategy across the College and proactively take steps to resolve people queries, wherever possible identifying informal resolutions and ideally solutions that meet the requirements of all parties. You will be required to support managers in case meetings and hearings up to and including dismissals whilst also undertaking analysis on key data identifying trends and areas for focus.
You will provide advice and support to Line Managers on policies and procedures and best practice as well as coaching Managers through particular situations. You will be required to liaise closely with union representatives, managers and people operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of people experience services.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £32,523 - £36,566 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
