Job summary

Just Group is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager to lead scheme transitions, align data cleansing activities, and manage complex stakeholder relationships within a hybrid London/Surrey environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Trustees, DB Pensions teams, and external partners to meet delivery milestones while developing the Transition Support and Analyst teams for ongoing capability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan scheme transitions and manage diverse workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience in pensions or DB de-risking projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive transition planning and co-ordinate data cleanse activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on transition milestones.
• Collaborate with Trustees and external partners to ensure timely handover.
• Provide guidance to junior transition staff and analysts.
