Lane Clark & Peacock LLP is seeking an experienced Transition Client Relationship Manager to oversee onboarding of new DB pension schemes. You will act as the key point of contact for trustees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, managing data migration, communications, and delivery within budgets and timescales.

• Proven experience in DB pensions administration and strong project management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management ability and trusted adviser to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager during scheme transitions, building trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end transition projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Oversee and review core deliverables, including migration and analysis of scheme data, and benefit specifications.
• Drafting and reviewing member communications and reports on progress, risks and issues.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes and drive process improvements.
