Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Data Team Lead in London or Reigate on a permanent, hybrid 50% basis. You will lead a specialist implementation data team that supports member data checks, data preparation, and guidance for schemes, working with transition, exclusivity and technical teams.

As the primary contact for implementation queries from TPAs and the Operational team, you will oversee data checks for monthly funding and BAU analysis, and build a strong competency framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data team within a pensions or financial services environment.
• Ability to train, coach and assess data professionals.
• Strong data quality, governance and BI data tasks experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data team and ensure timely, high-quality data tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as they progress.
• Coordinate data tasks for schemes in transition, payroll funding and member calculations.
• Collaborate with onboarding, TPA and Operational teams to hand over schemes.
