Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager to lead multi-scheme transitions, coordinating data validation and stakeholder engagement. The role blends project management with relationship oversight, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Based in London or Reigate with hybrid flexibility, the position reports into the Transition team and offers scope to drive de-risking initiatives and operational enhancements across client programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in DB pensions or de-risking preferred.
• Proven track record in relationship and project management.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyse and explain data to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth transitions of schemes, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication of timelines.
• Collect, validate and analyse data for the data cleanse period and handover to implementation.
• Support client relationships through trustee meetings and sales opportunities.
