Job summary

Just Group is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager to oversee scheme transitions, data cleansing and stakeholder coordination. You will ensure accurate data, clear timescales, and effective engagement with trustees and internal teams across London or Reigate in a hybrid setup.

The role requires strong planning, project management, and pension industry knowledge, with opportunities to drive transition capability and team motivation within the DB/pension space.

Qualifications

• Proven planning and organisational skills to manage scheme transitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive to meet client expectations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management to balance priorities.
• Experience in project management within pensions or DB de-risking is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive team motivation and develop transition support roles with training.
• Support the Streamlined Service Manager in building transition capability.
• Project manage transitions from appointment to timely completion.
• Lead data cleanse tasks and agree project plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate handover to Data & Onboarding teams and ensure timely delivery.
