Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager in London or Reigate with a hybrid 50% pattern. You will plan and manage pension scheme transitions, coordinate data cleansing, and ensure timely delivery with trustees and stakeholders.

You’ll steer the transition team, drive process improvements and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle. The role demands excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in life and pensions, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Proven planning and organisational skills for scheme transitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Self-motivated with high initiative and drive.
• Experience in the life and pensions industry, DB pensions knowledge a plus.
• PM qualifications such as Prince 2, Agile or APM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive team motivation and develop transition support roles.
• Support to build transition capability within the DB team and improve processes.
• Project manage all assigned transitions to timely completion.
• Lead data cleanse for projects; update plans with stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet timescales and handover to Data & Onboarding.
• Coordinate tasks for streamlined schemes in transition with clients.
• Maintain stakeholder management through the transition and final premium.
• Explain data queries and secure final data schedules with clients.
