Job summary

Just Group is seeking a Data Team Lead to run a specialist data unit within Implementation Services. You will guide data gathering, checks and guidance for complex pension schemes, working with transition, exclusivity and technical teams, and act as the main contact for TPA and operational queries.

You will ensure data accuracy for monthly funding and BAU analysis, mentor the team, and drive improvements across onboarding and data processes to support scheme transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data or implementation function within pensions.
• Good understanding of DB pensions and associated schemes.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team competencies.
• Experience coordinating with onboarding, TPA and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data team within Implementation Services to deliver data tasks on schemes.
• Plan training and development to upskill team members.
• Coordinate with onboarding, TPA and operational teams for smooth handovers.
• Ensure timely delivery of data tasks for transitions and BAU data analysis.
