Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking an experienced Transitions/Implementations Manager to join a growing pensions operations team, supporting BPA-related buy-ins, transitions, buy-outs and post-transaction activities.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery and oversee onboarding of schemes, working closely with trustees, administrators and internal stakeholders. This role emphasizes data due diligence, data migration controls, governance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong DB pensions experience essential.
• Experience implementing and transitioning pension schemes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex pension data.
• Experience with pensions administration systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end project delivery
• Managing scheme onboarding and implementation activities
• Supporting data due diligence, validation and quality reviews
• Coordinating scheme transitions and operational readiness activities
• Managing relationships with trustees, administrators and key stakeholders
• Overseeing data migration, cleansing and control processes
• Supporting payroll and member administration transition activities
• Producing management information, reporting and valuation extracts
• Identifying operational risks and ensuring appropriate governance controls are maintained
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational best practice
