Are you an expert in pensions systems with a passion for driving system improvements? We are looking for a skilled professional to take a lead role in delivering enhancements to the Royal Mail Pension Plan (RMPP) administration systems. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in pensions platforms and a strong understanding of UK pensions regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders and technology partners to implement system enhancements, streamline processes, and elevate the member experience. The purpose of this role is to improve the operational performance of the pensions administration service for the Royal Mail Pension Plan, by taking a lead role in the implementation of planned developments to the pensions operating systems and business processes.
