Overview

This firm's Pensions practice has gone from strength to strength in recent years and it is now regarded as one of the top teams in the UK. Their focus to date has been on advisory Pensions issues, however the practice is now looking to expand their capability in being able to also offer expertise in contentious issues.

As such, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions lawyer with litigation experience to join and help build a successful practice. This role would suit a confident, client-facing lawyer who enjoys BD and networking and is looking to join a friendly down-to-earth practice. Responsibilities

• Help build a pensions litigation practice within the firm.
• Advise and represent clients on pensions litigation matters; contribute to wider non-contentious pensions work as opportunities arise.
• Engage in business development and networking to grow the practice.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have gained some pensions litigation experience from a recognised firm. While the role will have a litigation focus there is scope to gain involvement in wider non-contentious pensions work as well.
