Working alongside senior lawyers in the team the role will involve assisting on cross-border pension and benefits matters for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Suitable candidates will have experience of the following: drafting and amending pension schemes; advising pension providers, trustees and employers on a variety pension issues; advising on pension legislation/regulation and providing support on transactional matters as and when required.

The role could be based in Guernsey or Jersey and travel between the islands will be required.
