Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering communication, marketing or engagement strategies.
• Experience managing communication campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, ideally within a client-facing environment.
• The confidence to advise and challenge stakeholders, using insight and evidence to support recommendations.
• Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• The ability to make complex information meaningful and accessible.
• Experience using data, segmentation and campaign performance metrics to improve engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted communications adviser to Client Relationship Managers and employer clients, helping maximise the value of their pension benefit through effective member engagement.
• Develop communication and engagement strategies aligned to client objectives and member needs.
• Work with employer clients and use data to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Use member insight and campaign performance data to inform recommendations and improve outcomes.
• Present communication plans, campaign results and engagement strategies to clients and key stakeholders.
• Translate complex pensions information into clear, engaging communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Relationship Management and Operations to deliver joined-up member experiences.
• Identify new approaches to member engagement and communication effectiveness.
