• Experience developing and delivering communication, marketing or engagement strategies.

• Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

• Experience using data, segmentation and campaign performance metrics to improve engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for a Communications Consultant to join the Member and Employer Engagement team. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, strategic thinking and commercial awareness to help pension scheme members understand, value and engage with their retirement savings.

Working closely with employers, Client Relationship Managers and specialist teams across TPT, you’ll design and deliver communication and engagement plans that support better member outcomes. From launching tailored campaigns and creating compelling content to leading workshops, webinars and presentations, you’ll help translate complex pensions information into communications that members can act on with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Communications Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted communications adviser to Client Relationship Managers and employer clients, helping them to maximise the value of their pension benefit through effective member engagement.

• Develop communication and engagement strategies aligned to client objectives and member needs.
• Work directly with employer clients and use data to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Use member insight, behavioural principles and campaign performance data to inform recommendations and improve outcomes.
• Present communication plans, campaign results and engagement strategies to clients and key stakeholders.
• Translate complex pensions and financial wellbeing topics into clear, engaging and accessible communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Proposition and Operations to deliver joined-up member experiences.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement by identifying new approaches to member engagement and communication effectiveness.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
