TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking a Communications & Engagement Manager to lead insightful, outcomes-focused communications for members and employers. You will own communications plans, guide a team of Executives, and partner with marketing, CRM, and data colleagues to improve engagement and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience planning and delivering multi-channel communications or marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience and knowledge of customer lifecycle communications, segmentation and engagement strategies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear communications strategies and plans.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using insight to drive improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience of managing a team.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience within pensions, financial services or another regulated environment is desirable.
• Understanding regulatory communications, including Consumer Duty, is desirable.
• Experience using behavioral insight to influence customer engagement and outcomes.
