Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Projects Pensions Administrator for the Outsourcing line, based in Leeds or Redhill with hybrid working. You will support senior colleagues with pension increases, statements, reports, and automation testing, while managing projects and ensuring high-quality delivery.

The role covers complex calculations, data handling, and coaching juniors, with opportunities to develop client relationships and drive process improvements across pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational pension administration, including retirees, transfers and deaths.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to meet delivery promises and performance standards.
• Support senior associates with production of pension increases, statements, reports and testing of automation.
• Review work of juniors and provide feedback to achieve Right First-Time targets.
• Handle complex pension calculations and data entry across multiple member schemes.
• Monitor projects and budgets, scope costs and manage timelines.
• Develop test packs and documentation for automation and large mailing projects.
