Smart Pension is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to drive engaging internal communications across a global workforce. You will lead on multi-channel initiatives, craft compelling messages, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy.

You will manage Town Halls, intranet, newsletters, and events, ensuring brand alignment and clear, consistent messaging across offices worldwide. This role suits a creative, data‑driven communicator in a tech‑forward pensions business.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Internal Communications role managing multiple channels (email, Slack, intranet, events).
• Excellent written English, strong attention to detail, proficient with collaboration tools.
• Ability to build relationships with teammates and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to improve engagement.
• Creative thinker who can connect colleagues to strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of global communication dynamics and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Produce internal communications including monthly colleague updates and manager updates.
• Maintain intranet, Slack, internal newsletters, and Town Hall channels.
• Structure and deliver global Town Halls.
• Advise senior stakeholders on internal communications best practices.
• Create and deliver campaigns aligning colleagues to key strategies and programmes.
• Inspire belief in Mission, Vision, Objectives and Values; connect initiatives across offices.
• Organise annual events and respond to internal crises as needed.
