We are currently recruiting for an External Client Lead to join our Peerpoint team in the London office. This Senior Manager level role is one of three senior team members driving the implementation of Peerpoint's UK strategy. Reporting to the Head of Peerpoint, UK and working alongside the Talent and AOS Relationship Lead, this role will be primarily responsible for leading and executing Peerpoint's external client development strategy in the UK. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving sustainable revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and positioning Peerpoint as the market leader in legal talent management.
This role will lead the UK external client development team, manage strategic accounts and focus on new business acquisition. It is a hands‑on, commercially focused role dedicated to external client development and revenue generation. You will be responsible for leading the team who together will win new business and growing existing accounts by delivering tailored consultant solutions that meet client needs, while ensuring commercial terms and operational discipline. Success will be measured by new business won, revenue and coverage growth with external accounts, client satisfaction, speed and quality of delivery, and disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
