PE Teachers & Sports Coaches Needed in Swindon – Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible Options

Protocol Education are working with a wide mix of mainstream secondary schools and SEN settings across Swindon who are on the lookout for energetic, inspiring, and confident PE educators to join them from January 2026. Whether you’re a qualified PE Teacher, a sports graduate taking your first step into education, or a coach who knows how to motivate young people, there’s a role waiting for you.

The Role

You’ll deliver engaging, active, and inclusive PE lessons that get pupils moving and build confidence. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Leading PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Supporting practical sessions, team sports, fitness, and outdoor activities
  • Helping run extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and enrichment activities
  • Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and a positive sporting ethos
  • Contributing to safe, structured and enthusiastic learning environments
