Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure, or hedge funds.
• Solid tax technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail.
• Awareness of DIMF, carried interest and IB-CI legislation preferred.

• Deliver expert advice on fund structuring and investor tax matters.
• Collaborate closely with M&A and Real Estate Tax teams.
