Job summary

Arup is seeking a Payroll Manager - Americas (UK Based, 1 Year FTC) to lead US and Canadian payroll delivery and shape the global transformation to a single managed payroll service with CloudPay. You will partner with global stakeholders, define future-state processes, and oversee migration activities within a broader transformation program.

You will work with payroll teams, analysts and CloudPay to gather requirements, run workshops and ensure timely milestone delivery across the Americas

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing US and Canadian payroll operations.
• Proven payroll transformation delivery, including process standardisation or outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll tax regulations and HR/payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation activities across the Americas during migration to a global managed payroll service.
• Define future processes, operating models and business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, manage risks and drive project delivery to milestones.
