Job summary

Arup is seeking a Payroll Manager for the Americas (UK Based) on a 1 year FTC. You will oversee US and Canada payroll delivery, align processes with a global payroll transformation, and collaborate with CloudPay and regional teams to standardise and migrate to a future operating model.

The role requires leadership of payroll teams, strong stakeholder management, and experience in transforming payroll operations across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing US and Canadian payroll operations.
• Proven payroll transformation experience, including standardisation or outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR/payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation activities across the Americas and migration to a global service.
• Define future processes, operating models and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, manage risks and dependencies, drive project delivery to timelines.
