Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its HR team in the United Kingdom. The role will manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK employees, including bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions.

You will partner with HR to meet deadlines, handle audits, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and providing accurate payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience in handling multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees across GMPPU (US & UK).
• Coordinate with HR for payroll deadlines, auditing, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain relationships with payroll vendors and ensure accurate payroll reporting.
