GM Performance Power Units seeks a Payroll Analyst to own end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly staff across UK and US. You will partner with Human Resources to ensure accuracy, adherence to regulations, and timely payroll reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, Dayforce HCM familiarity, and advanced Excel skills, supporting annual audits and complex compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate across HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage payroll data with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees (US & UK).
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations, international pay practices, and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR for deadlines, auditing, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting accuracy (earnings statements, tax filings, wage garnishments).
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
