Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing for the US and UK workforce. The role partners with Human Resources to uphold accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll reporting across all cycles.

The candidate will own timekeeping administration, assist with bonus modeling and payroll audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field.
• 3+ years payroll experience in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for US & UK employees.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations and international pay practices.
• Coordinate with HR for deadlines, audits, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting with vendors and prepare earnings statements and tax filings.
• Process bonus payouts and compensation-related payroll transactions.
